I went there to look at Tacoma and as soon as I got there the salesman ran my credit and tried to put me in a later Toyota Corolla. Mind you I had the ‘21 Corolla and was trading it in. I did find a Camry I fell in love with and wanted. But they said the banks were denying me, they kept telling me I needed to put money down and from the start I told them I was not putting anything down. I ended up getting a ‘22 Corolla instead. Nobody really talked me through anything. The salesman kept disappearing and I was there for hours with my 2 yr old. It was ridiculous. If I would’ve been able to get the car I fell in love with then I would’ve left a good review but… oh well🤷🏻♀️ More

I was very disappointed when I noticed big dents on my Tacoma roof the day after buying it. I was assured that the vehicle was certified when we were doing the deal. When we, the salesperson and I, were looking around the pick-up truck, I asked him if there was anything I must be aware of about the vehicle. He also did not know about those dents. I'm not tall and looking around, the pick-up truck looked brand new and had very low mileage. I asked him if I should be aware of anything related to my pick-up truck. He said no. That was the reason that I bought it. Of course, I went there to talk about that, and he said they would fix it. The roof was fixed, but the repair was not as perfect as it was supposed to be (I can see a little hump on that part). I also noticed that the PCS (pre-collision system) was not working correctly, and they said it was fixed. However, I'm not sure if that is working correctly. More

I gave the dealership two stars because it was very clean and very spacious although vehicle selection was very limited. The reason for my visit was trading in my truck downsizing to a 2023 Camry. One of my biggest complaints is after surrendering a clear title for my truck the day of my trade, it’s been over a month and I’m still waiting on the check for the value difference of my truck. After several weeks I was able to finally speak with a person from finance that was going to check and email me an update, which I have not received yet. My sales person was very friendly although I would not say extremely knowledgeable about the Camry. during the test drive I asked her about the transmission she said it was a 10 speed which I have found out it’s an 8 speed. It also does not have remote start which I only used a handful of times on my truck so it’s not the end of the world. On the way home my low tire pressure light came on and I found out the car has nitrogen filled tires. Since the dealership is over an hour drive I told Melissa that I was not interested in the additional protection package which added several thousand dollars to the price tag. After noticing a TOYOCARE sticker on the window when I got home I assume it was already added. I was told there was a copy of the window sticker in the glove box which I still have not found. More
