Worst Experience Ever - They don't give a crap about you Stereotypical dealership in the worst possible way. Owners overcharge on licensing fees and never send then refund check unless you hound them. I got a check 3 months after and the check was already expired. He said he would have the car out front and ready for me once I got there from 90 minutes away. When I got to the dealership he transferred me to a sales person. As soon as I got in the car i knew it was not the one listed online and had been communicating on. It was a different, more expensive one. When I asked about the other one, he said oh, we sold that a few days ago. Then of course they tried to sell me the more expensive one. Do not trust I-5 Motors. Dishonest. More

What a Great Experience! I had been searching for a Jaguar XKR Convertible since they discontinued in 2015. I-5 finally had just the car! But I am in Fort Lauderdale and the I had been searching for a Jaguar XKR Convertible since they discontinued in 2015. I-5 finally had just the car! But I am in Fort Lauderdale and they are in WA State - over 3,000 miles away! After speaking with Sam about the condition of the car, and his note of a very small dent (with Photo) I decided to try to make a Sale work. Sam pulled the front Lic. Plate and explained that there were also 4 ugly holes in the beautiful bumper. He helped me get the hang of how to ship the car. Eventually I went with "Sherpa" transport service (another great experience!). Eventually Jeff in the Financial Department held my hand with those details. And finally Summer handled the Title work. Everyone was personable, professional and actually fun to deal with. They somehow managed to turn a very stressful situation into a great experience! The whole process and the shipment across the US took about 2 weeks. And when the 2014 XKR rolled off the ENCLOSED transport (very important as noted by Summer), it looked like a Brand New Showroom Car!!! All my best - I love my 'New' Car!!! More
