We recently had an oil change appointment that we schduled just before their closing time. Our truck blew a hose on the freeway so we had to limp on in to the dealership. We were about 20 minutes late and they had already locked up. The guys saw us outside and reopened the service area to take care of us. Not only did they change the oil but fixed the hose that we had blown on the way in. The guys were friendly and seemed glad they could take care of us. We have purchased two vehicles from this dealership. One brand new, Scion and one a year old, Ford F350. Both times we received excellent service. We live in Olympia and have the option of choosing a dealership closer to our home but we would rather make the drive to Chehalis and be guaranteed the best service! More

Bull was great to work with, and although he is relatively new to I-5 Ford, he worked hard to find the answers to our questions. We appreciated his honesty, and the fact that he was not at all pushy during the sales process. Heidi Pehl, Chuck Smith, and Tami Squires have always gone out of their way to make us feel as though we are important to them. When our Tacoma needed service they provided us a loaner car, which was very much appreciated. I was looking for a used F-350 Diesel to haul my 5th Wheel trailer. Wanting a used truck and finding one you want are two different things. Bill did not give up he remembered what I was looking for and call me several times with truck that had come availuable. He did not waste his time or mine calling on every truck that came onto the lot just the ones that matched what I was looking for. Being picky I went quite some time before finding a truck. My thanks to Bill and his hard work. Once I got my new used truck, I need parts and repairs as I said I am a little picky. The parts people were easy to work with and did not try to tech talk me and the techs that installed the new parts were very helpful and got the job done. I also need some work done at the body shop again they went out of their way to help and make the truck the way I wanted it. Uhlmann I-5 and its owner Hiedi Pehl should be proud of their employees. I will certainly go back to shop for my next auto. And speaking of Hedi and her company as a member of the community I appreciate all they do supporting our community. More

I felt important when the General Manager came over to thank me, and while waiting for approvals and paperwork anyone who passed me made sure I didn't need a drink and stopped by the chat for a minute. I don't think there is anyone on the planet who can make paperwork signing as interesting as Casey, the finance manager, can. The man is funny and informative and engaging all at the same time. The drive to the dealership is more than an hour from where I live in Pierce County, but I'd drive twice as far for the professionalism, selection and prices offered to me by the Uhlmann team. More

Of course if you have extended service they will also shuttle you to and from work or home-and this is always a treat – feel like a real celebrity!
