I took my Ram 3500 to I-10 Dodge for the 15k service. When I called to request an appointment I was told that no appointments were available but I could come when they opened and see what could be done. I arrived when they opened at 7:00 am, and was able to have it done that morning. Bryan Colbert was my Service Advisor, and he was a pro. In addition to the specified service he checked a couple items that were “factory alerts” and covered by warranty. Had the truck back by early afternoon as promised. I will definitely use this dealer if I need service when I’m in the area in the future. More

It took two weeks to get an appointment, and then when I showed up with the car they told me they would not be able to look at it for two or three more days.
