Carignan Dodge Ram 1500 service Robert in customer service dept, is great. Very pleasant person, respectful & detailed. When picking up my vehicle- he noticed the trick was dirty Robert in customer service dept, is great. Very pleasant person, respectful & detailed. When picking up my vehicle- he noticed the trick was dirty from the mechanic- grease on the door panels & interior panel as well. I was not happy about that AT ALL 😡😡. To offset my disappointment- Robert offered to have the truck detailed at no cost to me. 😀😀😅. Robert was great at turning around a unpleasant sityto a pleasant outcome. I have other dealers that I can go to Palmer Automotive has been my regular automotive dealer. With Robert service- he’s retained my business to I -10 Automotive. You don’t want to lose Robert- he’s a valuable asset to your organization. Thanks John More

Family vacation saved! I-10 saved our family’s first vacation to Disneyland! We are from Phoenix and our van wouldn’t start after refueling in Indio. We had it towed to I-10 I-10 saved our family’s first vacation to Disneyland! We are from Phoenix and our van wouldn’t start after refueling in Indio. We had it towed to I-10 and it was an amazing experience. Alonso in Service was the best person I have ever dealt with at a dealership. He was incredibly understanding and helped us get a rental so we could finish our trip to Disneyland and then come back the next day to pick up our van. We had so many great memories we won’t forget and neither will we forget our trip being saved by I-10 and Alonso. Thank you! More
