But in the last 6 months, Alan Megard at I-10 Dodge has been nothing but helpful, proactive, and very accommodating throughout a frustrating experience. He is a good communicator, thorough in his service, and even makes me laugh. While I can't speak much of my car, I speak very highly of him, and how he manages me every time I have needed his services. More
Computer malfunction on 2018 Dodge Charger Took vehicle in for erratic behavior attributed to the computer not the engine. Was told that car wouldn’t accept updates and that a new radio would n Took vehicle in for erratic behavior attributed to the computer not the engine. Was told that car wouldn’t accept updates and that a new radio would need to be ordered. Upon following up I was told that the new radio was declined (apparently due to the cost). I am okay with this (for now) as the car has been okay. Service advisor was okay however I always had to call him. He was personable and always advised me to call him if I had any further issues.
