I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

Upset!!!! I took my car for service i was promised a call by the end of the day never received call. I called aroynd 4 pm was told they didn't have a chance to I took my car for service i was promised a call by the end of the day never received call. I called aroynd 4 pm was told they didn't have a chance to look at my car amd i did have a 1030 appointment. I didn't have a ride so my car had to stay there, next day i picked it up but i need to take it back for work. Its a brand-new jeep. More

I was experiencing some issues with my incompetent collision center, so I brought my Jeep over to I-10 Dodge thankfully Richard , and his guys were ab I was experiencing some issues with my incompetent collision center, so I brought my Jeep over to I-10 Dodge thankfully Richard , and his guys were able to diagnose, and resolve my issue, now I'm back on the road & secure for the holidays in the matter of just one day, after hearing tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow from a dishonest collision center for a month that was recommended by my insurance company "never again"!!! I will be sure to return to I-10 Dodge for quick, accurate & excellent service thanks again Richard!!! More

Very friendly staff Alan had service technician come out right away to see what part needed to be ordered. The part ordered was supposed to take a few days but arrived Alan had service technician come out right away to see what part needed to be ordered.
