Never have I had as bad situation as this one. I bought lifetime maintenance to supplement the life time powertrain on my Dodge Journey. Now I find out that this lifetime maintenance is NOT being honered a lifetime maintenance to supplement the life time powertrain on my Dodge Journey. Now I find out that this lifetime maintenance is NOT being honered and I am now on the hook to pay for the repairs needed. The needed repairs were classified as normal wear. Andy was the reason I came into the service department. He was enjoyable to work with. I was using a friends vehicle for a few days and the window fell down.
