Even though I set an appointment and was told my service would take no mate than 2 hours, upon picking up my truck after 4 hours at the dealer service had not even been started. The explanation I received was that my work ordered was assigned to 2 different technicians and ultimately ignored by both. This was the worst service I have ever received and the incompetence demonstrated by everyone involved left me with no desire to return for either a service or purchase. More
