Initial diagnosis and recommendation was wrong and several thousand $’s more expensive than ultimately needed. TERRIBLE experience! I left my truck there for 6 hours for new tires and a tire alignment. They only got around to the new tires. I told the Advisor what’s the point of putting on new tires without a tire for new tires and a tire alignment. They only got around to the new tires. Even though I set an appointment and was told my service would take no mate than 2 hours, upon picking up my truck after 4 hours at the dealer service had not even been started. The explanation I receive would take no mate than 2 hours, upon picking up my truck after 4 hours at the dealer service had not even been started. The explanation I received was that my work ordered was assigned to 2 different technicians and ultimately ignored by both. This was the worst service I have ever received and the incompetence demonstrated by everyone involved left me with no desire to return for either a service or purchase. More
