Christina is extremely friendly and even more helpful. My car was washed and in this desert heat, it was nice of her to leave my truck running so the car was cool when I got in! STAY AWAY! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL HORRIBLE customer service. Good luck if your car breaks during the weekend as they will leave you by foot. Sales manager Eddie is absurdly rude. Rental ladies Jazmin service. Good luck if your car breaks during the weekend as they will leave you by foot. Sales manager Eddie is absurdly rude. Rental ladies Jazmin and Tabatha say over and over the same lies, that they “could” provide you with a car but there’s 17 people ahead of you on the waiting list. Our car broke in two different occasions three weeks apart, and we were told the very same lies each time. Rental service is closed already until Monday. One very concerning thing to highlight is that this time we were told that maybe our car is broken because the last time it was serviced (three weeks ago) the technician could have “forgotten” to plug or connect something... 😳 How about that!!!!! Now we are carless for the weekend as they will only check what’s wrong with our car on Monday or Tuesday UPDATE it is Friday, a week already that we left our car at I-10 Chrysler and nobody has called us. We called for the 12th time to find out the status of our vehicle, we were told the car was ready yesterday but they couldn’t find it! That the mechanic worked on it, parked it “somewhere”, didn’t return the work papers, car isn’t in their system, so now the staff at the place cannot find our car, mechanic ins’t there so they are trying to find out where car is by texting him. What type of unprofessional place is this? They admit they do their job like crap! Admitting they don’t know where the vehicles are, admitting they have no communication with their mechanics is a big red flag on how they run their business. Embarrassing service!!! Of course, nobody called us to let us know if they had a replacement rental. We were 17th in wait line last Saturday, I guess we are still 17th in line. What a joke this place is! A week in with a rental paid from our pockets, even when we pay for the highest MOPAR warranty there is, we are still getting charged for the repair as they say it isn’t covered. RIDICULOUS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! More
