I-10 Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM - Service Center

Had an appointment to have car roof fixed but it was scheduled as just an oil change and an oil change was never scheduled by myself therefore service adviser had to be notified. Was told car would be f scheduled as just an oil change and an oil change was never scheduled by myself therefore service adviser had to be notified. Was told car would be finished in three days but car was finished in five days (not including Sunday) with no communication from dealership. Car was returned with a big scratch on it that was not there previously. Only reason the dealership was not notified of scratch was because it can be buffed out and I’m not one to make a big deal of things. More
