I have been coming in to I10 for years. Josh has always been great. Yesterday went in and there is a completely new crew. New Service Manager seems to be fixing things there. all the people Josh has always been great. Yesterday went in and there is a completely new crew. New Service Manager seems to be fixing things there. all the people I had issues with are gone. for the first time I was offered water and was in and out in an hour. I hope the new manager stays and fixes things. I have lifetime warranty and Know about the hassle to get things done. It's not the dealer, is Dodge fault. Dodge should do something about it. More

Josh did not give me the cost of repair after evaluation. I had to call him to check on progress. When I called, I was hung up on once. Two times no one answered the phone, twice I was sent to voicemail. H I had to call him to check on progress. When I called, I was hung up on once. I have been to Dodge dealerships at least 20 times over six years. This is the poorest service I ever had. I will not return to this dealership even though it is only a mile from my home. More
