Computer malfunction on 2018 Dodge Charger Took vehicle in for erratic behavior attributed to the computer not the engine. Was told that car wouldn’t accept updates and that a new radio would n Took vehicle in for erratic behavior attributed to the computer not the engine. Was told that car wouldn’t accept updates and that a new radio would need to be ordered. Upon following up I was told that the new radio was declined (apparently due to the cost). I am okay with this (for now) as the car has been okay. Service advisor was okay however I always had to call him. He was personable and always advised me to call him if I had any further issues. Carignan Dodge Ram 1500 service Robert in customer service dept, is great. Very pleasant person, respectful & detailed. When picking up my vehicle- he noticed the trick was dirty Robert in customer service dept, is great. Very pleasant person, respectful & detailed. When picking up my vehicle- he noticed the trick was dirty from the mechanic- grease on the door panels & interior panel as well. I was not happy about that AT ALL 😡😡. To offset my disappointment- Robert offered to have the truck detailed at no cost to me. 😀😀😅. Robert was great at turning around a unpleasant sityto a pleasant outcome. I have other dealers that I can go to Palmer Automotive has been my regular automotive dealer. With Robert service- he’s retained my business to I -10 Automotive.
