I-10 Dodge:Needs training. The dealerships here don't need as much improvement as the piece of junk cars Chrysler sells! My 2014 300S has had more problems in 34,450 miles than The dealerships here don't need as much improvement as the piece of junk cars Chrysler sells! My 2014 300S has had more problems in 34,450 miles than you can imagine: A/C went out TWICE! Not fixed properly by Crystal Chrysler the first time.(Merely recharged, not fixing the actual leaking evap coil until now!)Massive coolant leak: took 2 times to fix that. After putting 2 new water pumps in, it was discovered that it was the thermostat cover that actually leaked! Also a broken motor mount was found and had to be fixed. The cheap tires the car is sold with wear out and "sing" noisily down the road! Numerous safety recalls and many trips back have worn me down and I hate this xxxx car. I had to get an extended warranty to cover most of this, which on a quality car would NEVER HAPPEN! This is paying over $2000, to cover the parts and labor it takes to fix all the problems you'll have in the future! Finally, a radiator hose went bad and I went to I-10. They weren't thrilled to hear about the car's shoddy workmanship. I'll never buy another Chrysler again. You lose. More

Never Again In simple terms, I was told an expensive part had to be ordered in order to solve my issue. After installation of this part, nothing changed. When I addressed this with the service department, one of the managers went as far as texting me how hard it actually would have been to solve the problem after I got my car back!!! Really??!! Another employee told me this would fix the problem when we were orderIng the part?!! So, again I tried to resolve the issue with management even offering to write a positive review if they made the situation right and they refused to accept responsibility. Negligent and unethical practices are ok within the culture at this dealership! You guys should be ashamed of yourselves! I never leave reviews, especially negative reviews, but I will make sure this is blasted throughout the internet so nobody else gets screwed. More
