She was extremely rude the business card there said Diane I wanted all the details copied so I can claim my rental car not half of what was done She kept on Arguing with me that I had all the paper work that I didn’t have them she ripped the paper work from me and said fine she will make a copy She had the nerve to tell us we worked with Richard and not her but he isn’t here today so she won’t answer a question I had about my Jeep warranty Excellent customer service NOT Then our key is missing She can’t find it Then the guy drives up with our Jeep And all this wasn’t even talking about the week it took to fix it Seriously I will never use Indio Jeep service again More

The absolute best alternator I could find online was $369, I was charged over 2x that price plus installation. From my discussions with the dealership, other vehicles were put in repair ahead of mine because they were new and part of sales. What should have taken 5-7 days took 21 days and then it had check engine come on within a block of leaving the dealership. I returned to have it checked and at the same time was asked for a review. So, I wrote in the review that I got my truck back finished, but it wasn’t finished. I got hit with a $1000 alternator overnight and they were clearly pissed-off I didn’t give them a glowing review. I don’t know how they can justify a $700+ alternator as not retaliation, can you? More
