Mixed Review We used I-10 Dodge through the USAA Car Buting Service. Norma Stevens, our sales rep, was very helpful and attentive. Mario Licea, the finance rep, wa We used I-10 Dodge through the USAA Car Buting Service. Norma Stevens, our sales rep, was very helpful and attentive. Mario Licea, the finance rep, was also very helpful and willing to learn new things. The Sales Manager, Andre Vasquez, was patronizing and rude in my two encounters with him. He was unfamiliar with the USAA car buying/financing process. Rather than take the time to learn about it, he refused to do the simple paperwork involved with getting funding from USAA; instead he tried to get me to take financing from one of his sources. When I declined, he put the onus on me to get the funds from USAA. I reluctantly agreed. However, I was not able to do that because none of the DMV paperwork showed USAA as the lien holder on the vehicle. I called the dealership the next day and spoke with Ralph VonOssko, the Internet Director. After explaining the problem to him, he asked me to return to the dealership so that the paperwork could be completed. Upon my return, Andre was again rude and dismissive. Mario completed the USAA Dealer Funding Request with minimal fuss. I would have given a 5 star rating to this experience except for my treatment by Andre. More
