DANGER! - Security Concerns In my opinion, there is a car theft ring operating within or around this dealership. My vehicle was taken in for minor service. When I went to pick In my opinion, there is a car theft ring operating within or around this dealership. My vehicle was taken in for minor service. When I went to pick it up, the service adviser told me they could not find my vehicle. We searched the dealer's lot but my car had apparently been stolen. The fact that this vintage vehicle only had 48,000 on it and was over 17 years old was all any thief needed to know to target it for theft. The dealer could not supply the keys back to me so the thief actually had possession of the keys to drive the car off the lot. Since the dealership is right on the I-10 Interstate, the thieves were probably out of the state within 2 hours. There is no security at this dealership beyond the cameras located around the lot. Nothing was seen or done to prevent theft. I don't know if they even have a security guard on site. I've learned a valuable lesson....don't identify your mileage to the service staff if you have a valuable car in for service. The dealership didn't even say they were sorry or offer any consideration to me for my loss. I had to do all the work to get the local police involved and contact the insurance company. No phone call or letter from the dealership was received either. They didn't seem to care one way or the other. They offered me absolutely no help in resolving the situation. They even wanted me to pay them approximately $1,100 for the work they had performed!!!!! Be wary of taking your vehicle to this dealership. I can't give them zero stars or I would. Needless to say, I won't be returning here to purchase a new car or anything else. More

Oil change It was difficult to reach the service department the several times I called. I kept getting transferred to different employees who couldn't help me It was difficult to reach the service department the several times I called. I kept getting transferred to different employees who couldn't help me When I finally reached someone and made an appointment. I was never asked for a phone number. I also asked about the "death wobble" recall when I made the appointment. I was told they will order the part and call when it's in. When I checked my car in they still didn't ask my phone number. I had asked if the recall part was in and they asked if I had received a call, I said no, so then was told the part wasn't in. After picking up my car the employee checked the phone number and it was completely wrong. And after that they realized the recalled part was in and could have been taken care of at the time of the oil change. Now i have to come in again next week for the recall. More
