His response was "no one told me." What level of education or training does one need to sell $60,000 + vehicles at I-10 jeep? Next to your home purchase the car is the next largest purchase most people make. I said "maybe you should take some ambition and learn about the cars your selling." Andy was the reason I came into the service department. He was enjoyable to work with. I was using a friends vehicle for a few days and the window fell down.
