No answer You can not talk to someone in service. They do not call back. This is my second time and it is the same thing. Left messages for 2 days no call back. I took my truck in for a oil change and a recall and I was told that it was a good time to do it that they could get me right in then three hours later only the oil change had been done and I was told tha was told that it was a good time to do it that they could get me right in then three hours later only the oil change had been done and I was told that the recall would be about another hour so I didn’t get it done , not happy with the service More
