TERRIBLE experience! I left my truck there for 6 hours for new tires and a tire alignment. They only got around to the new tires. I told the Advisor what’s the point of putting on new tires without a tire for new tires and a tire alignment. They only got around to the new tires. Even though I set an appointment and was told my service would take no mate than 2 hours, upon picking up my truck after 4 hours at the dealer service had not even been started.
