Went in to dealership the day after Christmas. Set up an appointment for service on their website before coming in and had no issues to schedule my service appointment. When I arrived at dealership, was gre appointment for service on their website before coming in and had no issues to schedule my service appointment. When I arrived at dealership, was greeted as soon as I walked in and my Service Advisor, Jonathan Rosas, took care of my paperwork immediately. I was out of there within 10 minutes and just waited for a call back to pick up my vehicle when ready. Needless to say it wasn't as busy as I expected it would being the day after Christmas so my vehicle was ready within an hour of having dropped it off. More

Didn’t even have thirty thousand miles and warranty won’t cover the warranty on the Dodge Ram 2020.
