I took my truck in to complete service and customer service was average. I had a difficult time getting updates on vehicle as my Service Rep could not return calls in a timely manner due to overwhelmin service was average. I had a difficult time getting updates on vehicle as my Service Rep could not return calls in a timely manner due to overwhelming work load, after speaking to service manager regarding problems with communication, changes were immediately noticed as I was getting regular updates, and also the service for my truck was expedited to get it done sooner.
