I've been to many dealerships & the customer service in this place is 5of10. specially the phonelines. U can't get ahold of them. First dodge vehicle I own and by just going there I've almost regret gettin this place is 5of10. specially the phonelines. U can't get ahold of them. Experience was good. I have a hard time believing that for a two hour job you kept the car two days. Being a retired Chrysler dealer I think I would receive complaints about the time taken to do the job. for a two hour job you kept the car two days.
