He has a lot of knowledge of the vehicle and was quick to explain how some of the features worked and their benefits.. Pricing was decent and we had no trade-in, so we didn't go through any haggling process. Kim walked us through the financing portion, which was relatively quick. And that was nice, because you can spend what seems like hours working with finance. Dave did a final walk through of all the electronics and driving features and we were on our way. Happy customers! I stopped at Perryville Hyundai just to check out a Kona, a vehicle I'd not considered before but had read positive reviews about. Pat Carter-Keller met me outside the door (in 90 degree heat!). We sat down and talked lifestyle, vehicle features, expectations; she translated features I asked for into "Hyundai-ese" so I'd understand the options available ... by the time we got into one I was pretty much sold; only a prior family commitment kept me from buying on the spot. The most important thing to me is that Pat took the time to learn about me, in order to select an appropriate fit. It was the best car-shopping experience I've ever had.
