My Replacement/Winter Car After reviewing my choices based on my needs on line I decided that the Hyundai Elantra was what I needed. Brandon was very helpful and although they didn't have the car I wanted right away they advised me that a car was coming in that I would probably like. Well, a couple of weeks later I got a call from Brandon and the car was in. After seeing it and driving it I knew I wanted it. I put money down and the next day I drove it home. More

Purchase of car This was not a good experience nor up to my expectations. When we picked up the car to drive home it ran out of gas 15 miles into the trip. When we go This was not a good experience nor up to my expectations. When we picked up the car to drive home it ran out of gas 15 miles into the trip. When we got home, the oil change light came on. In other words no care was taken to ensure that the car was actually ready to go. With respect to the financial person, we found to very deceptive when he sold a duplicate insurance policy for which the car already had coverage through 60K miles (bumper to bumper). He did not present us with the details of the coverage, just a summary...look carefully at the details when they eventually arrive at your home. More
