a new car buying experience Brad Ferwerda helped me find the Elantra that was equipped the way I wanted. He was fun to be with and knew which cars would appeal to me. With his Brad Ferwerda helped me find the Elantra that was equipped the way I wanted. He was fun to be with and knew which cars would appeal to me. With his help I selected an Elantra and he went with me for a test drive. Before I started the test drive, Brad showed me how to put the steering wheel, driver seat height and use the back-up camera. I had had a 2010 Elantra before but this 2017 was great. When we were waiting for some paperwork to be finished, Brad offered me some coffee or water and we had a friendly chat. I couldn't have asked for a more congenial and knowledgeable salesperson. I lucked out getting him! I felt so at home and everyone was very friendly.
