David was friendly and knowledgeable about the car and answered any questions I had. Edgar and Jim remembered me from when I bought my first hyundai 3 years ago. Remembering customers is really important and makes them feel important. Pat was so kind and went thru the features of the car. I was in the dealership longer than expected but the staff was funny and I had a good time. Overall great experience! If I wasn't moving,I would come back here for all my car service needs. More

She was professional, knowledgeable, and cared about my questions and concerns and what is most important took care of them. The leasing was handled smoothly and I understood the process. Since I leased my last two cars from Hyundai I also would like to thank the Service Department. This dealer has a first class group of techniticians and customer reps. Roberta, has taken care of my questions and concerns and service stops through 3 cars and is a part of the reason I keep coming back. I love the Hyundai product but a good part of the reason I continue to deal with the brand are the people I have and will work with at this dealership. Bravo! More

When I drove into the lot at Hyundai on Perryville in Rockford, Dave Frye welcomed me by walking out of the dealership and approaching my car with a s When I drove into the lot at Hyundai on Perryville in Rockford, Dave Frye welcomed me by walking out of the dealership and approaching my car with a smile and asking me how he could help me. From that moment on my experience was nothing but superb...even down to inviting my bichon/poodle dog, Mattie, to come into the shop to join us for our preliminary interview. Dave was a perfect gentleman as he seated us in a living room setting and offered me coffee or coke and we began our investigation into exactly what I was looking for. Having not financed a car since I purchased the 99 VW Jetta I drove in with, I wasn't even certain I would qualify for new car. But a new RED car was my first desire, with payment limits. Dave immediately went to work to see what could be done to meet those desires and within a half hour, we were out looking at new cars and driving different models that fit the description of my first choice. It was very exciting and everyone in the store and especially Dave treated me like family and even charmed my little dog at every turn. I was at home there and had no desire to look anywhere else. One thing I noticed was that Dave was always asking questions and always listening for clues as to what really sparked my interest about each car and what excited me the most. He was intentionally trying to find me the perfect car to fit my personality, my style, my look and my pocketbook from the moment we met. After driving and looking at several new cars, he walked me to a used Chevy Cruze, 23,000 miles, bright red, all leather interior, all the high tech amenities I could ask for and suggested it was like a little BMW....when we opened the door, and I got in, sat behind the wheel, I just knew it was my car.....exactly what I wanted and he knew it too. He had steered me to the exact car for me over the course of the hour and half I was with him searching through the other cars. WHAT A PRO. The rest was magic. He met with the manager and the paperwork was given to the financial manager, Jim Miller....who worked the financial paperwork to provide me with a six-year warranty (another feature that was important to me), payments that were within my budget (below $300 a month) and even threw in a three year warranty on the interior and exterior cleaning and maintenance. I was in tears of joy when I left the next morning with my new car and left behind the car I had driven every mile of life out of....and they even gave me a small trade in allowance for it. Even though I've said a lot of words---there are no words to really praise these guys enough for the way they treated me while putting this deal together...and I only wish you could see this car. Later that weekend, my son surprised me with a visit from Seattle for my Birthday. He works at Campbell-Nelson Volkswagen in Seattle, WA. and has been in the car business for 20 years. He drove the car and said it was awesome...congratulated me on making an excellent choice....getting his endorsement was the icing on the cake. GREAT DEALERSHIP. Pat patiently and clearly explained to me the features of the car, She obviously knew her product; did not oversell it and let me have some space to consider the final purchase. Once we finalized the purchase, she shuttled me over to my son's place of work so that I could return his car. By mid-afternoon I drove away with a very nice used car confident that I had a sound car that I could afford! . More
