The saleman did not tell us we needed to bring proof of insurance to be able to take the vehicle with us. When I suggested in the future that customers be told they need to bring the insurance information to the car pick up and Dave said he had told me in the text which was not true---I do not think a salesperson should argue with a customer. I work with people and I would never suggest they were wrong even if they were. What happened to the customer is right! We had an appointment for picking up the new vehicle but the finance paper was not finished----apparently someone was out sick--whatever we had the appointment for several days to pick the car up. I was not impressed at all. More

Staff gave us a tour of the facility, explained all features of the car thoroughly and even educated us on how to increase our credit. Very kid friendly place as well.
