Brought my Gensis G80 in for recall and service. When I got home I noticed that the protective cover under the car was hanging. So I went back the next day and they could not get me in withing the a When I got home I noticed that the protective cover under the car was hanging. So I went back the next day and they could not get me in withing the available time I had. I returned on Saturday and they supposedly fixed it. Sunday as I am approaching my car I see something underneath. I lay on the ground to see what it was, the front part of the undercarriage if hanging and to make matters worse I realize all of the clips in the front of the undercarriage to the bumper of the car are missing! Score updated to 5 stars, the dealership replaced all of the missing clips and fixed the undercarriage the next day. This was a hiccup, I have had many great experiences with them over the past 7 years of service. Also keep in mind this was cosmetic issue. The repairs and service performed by the techs have been stellar. More
