Service after the sale is mediocre from my experience. My 2023 vehicle has a bad TPMS in the front driver side tire and has been blinking and alarming me that my tire is low in air. I tried to contact the dealership on several occasion without any luck. I did get ahold of the parts counter and they took down my number and told me someone would contact me. That never happened. My electronics are also acting strange. My digital screen will some times switch from fm to am on its own. I do enjoy the Santa Cruz and my experience with the sales team was decent. Everyone is very pleasant when ever I come in. Getting ahold of a human being over the phone is horrible and some false promises are made to customers via staff over the phone. When spending this amount of money, I would expect that the company would apricate my business but they have shown otherwise. More
