We did make a good faith effort to address both concerns you raised. Regarding the paint concern, because prior paint work was performed by another dealership, we explained that any concerns related to that workmanship would need to be addressed by the facility that completed the repair. Regarding the vibration concern, our technician and Service Director both evaluated the vehicle and were unable to duplicate or identify an issue at the time of inspection. The Service Director also drove with you and you were unable to duplicate the issue. That said, we do not dismiss your concern, and if the condition becomes more consistent or easier to reproduce, we would be happy to reevaluate it. While we understand your frustration, we believe our team acted professionally and in accordance with proper process, and we remain committed to assisting our customers in good faith.
