All the lights on the dash came on saying that the safety features were disabled. Lies! All Lies! When I questioned needing both speed sensors for $1000 she said yep. Both sensors. She also said she would stand behind her estimate, and refund it if it wasn’t right. Well, it wasn’t both rear sensors, it was only the right one. Also I need 2 tires (the same ones I have on there Kumho) not four, for $375 not $1065. When I asked her to stand behind her estimate she countered that she would stand way behind it! The manager offered to refund half. I don’t like being taken advantage of. I said if they won’t refund my money for work they said they would do but didn’t, I would just be dissatisfied go away, never come back and leave them a bad review. At this point Amber flipped a switch and started yelling at me over the phone that I was threatening her! She went from 0 to crazy in 1 hot second! I said that leaving a bad review for overcharging for services not rendered wasn’t threatening her. She said she didn’t want my business anyways, and to never come back. So here we are! More
