I had an unexpected and amazing experience @ Davis Hyundai. My salesperson, Andrew Gayles-Jones was theee Best! I initially came in for service on my 2015 Hyundai. Andrew put me in a 2020 Sonata w/ Hyundai. My salesperson, Andrew Gayles-Jones was theee Best! I initially came in for service on my 2015 Hyundai. Andrew put me in a 2020 Sonata w/ no money down. Wow! What a surprise! His personality was great. He was oh so helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better, more attentive, down to earth salesperson. Would I recommend Davis Hyundai? Absolutely! Would I recommend asking for Andrew in sales? You better believe it! Loving my Sonata and my now favorite dealership! More

Poor Customer Service, Half-xxx Diagnostic Testing I brought my car into this service center and had Johnny Chew as my advisor. He has very poor customer service and was very short with me. I did not appreciate the way he talked to me, apparently answering customers questions and insuring all of the customers concerns are addressed in the diagnostic test are things he must hate about his job because he seem very annoyed with me that he had to do both. I left feeling very cheated out of the $134 for the diagnostic test and due to the experience I was receiving I did not want this service center to repair my car and decided I would take my business elsewhere to another Hyundai Dealer. I was very unsatisfied with this service center. I would not recommend it to anyone. More

Dealer did not let me know about the tire difference has car I purchased a elantra in 2014 the car had low profile tires. I had traded in a sonata that I had just purchased a few months before. It was for my mot I purchased a elantra in 2014 the car had low profile tires. I had traded in a sonata that I had just purchased a few months before. It was for my mother but within a few months she was diagnosed with dementia and I traded the larger car in for the elantra. The person who sold the car to me never told me that the car had low profile tires. I really had no idea that there was a difference. But in a few days I had returned to the dealership telling them that I was not happy with the car. They did absolutely nothing. They told me to sit down and they would talk to me. Three hours later nobody ever said anything. I told the manager I would be back. At this point my mother's health had deteriorated and I had no time to get back to the dealership. Since then I have learned alot about low profile tires. First that they are very expensive and have many many problems. I had to purchase new rims and I have had many flat tires. Each time having to purchase a new tire because they have a larger part of the tire connecting with the pavement so most of the punctures were near the edge of the tire. I asked for a car that i could just use to get around the city. This car is for kids who are racing. Not for somebody trying to get from place to place in Trenton. I have had it with the low profile tires I can't even put regular all season tires on it without getting the whole car suspension reworked. I am writing this because I feel that this car was not the car I needed to get around town and when I went to complain about it. Nothing was done. At this point I am trying to get rid of this car before I have to buy another set of tires. I have only 35,000 miles on the car and have been through 4 sets of tires and 1 new set of rims. I am very disappointed with Davis and would have liked to have been informed about the car and that low profile tires are not for city driving. This was the main point that I explained to the salesman. This car is for running around town not traveling long distance on highways. More
