After months of researching all the dealers within 50 mile radius Davis had the best deals. Once I was ready to purchase in April, my sales rep. John was not pushy and honest. I traded in my 2010 Ford Taurus for a 2012 Sonata with the express understanding that a power passenger seat would be installed after I acquired the car. I needed the power seat for my wife who has serio the express understanding that a power passenger seat would be installed after I acquired the car. I needed the power seat for my wife who has serious knee and back issues and requires a fully adjustable seat in order to be comfortable. It took almost a week of prodding by me with the sales manager to finally to be told that a power passenger seat could not be installed. by then, it was too late to return the Sonata and retrieve my Taurus. My loan had been off by Davis and they said the car was not in their position. I was offered a cash inducement to keep the Sonata, which I did, but I feel that they should have known there would be an issue replacing a manual seat with a power one, or at least informed me of the situation before it became impossible to get my old car back. I have even been given the run-around in getting the cash they promised me. I can't believe it takes over four business days to have a check prepaired. More

I went to the dealership hoping that I could get a decent car. I knew what I wanted to spend but that's pretty much it. I wanted a fun yet practical car. Jonah was so patient through the process. The car runs extremely well for an older car. Luke, Finance Dept.,and Ron D. was very helpful in negotiating a good price for financing I could afford. Unlike most of the dealerships I have visited previously,I felt they were trying to trick me into buying their most highest car. They were all honest and throughout the contract negotiations no contract terms were changed at the last minute upon me signing the contract. I purchased a brand new 2010 Hyundai Accent from this dealership in July 2010. After I brought it in to have a cruise control added, I noticed my tires looked dingy and older than the ones that were ori dealership in July 2010. After I brought it in to have a cruise control added, I noticed my tires looked dingy and older than the ones that were originally on it. Silly me for allowing myself myself to think I must be mistaken. Nearly 1 year and 6 months later, not even at 30 thousand miles I brought my car to another service center for the first time and they brought me under the car to show me tires that were worn smooth on the inside. No, this center didn't do a swap on me. They were small and I could see my car the entire time they worked on it. The truly sad thing is, I had asked the dealership service multiple times about the brakes not feeling right at 2-3 prior services which (besides them asking for a ridiculous 15,000 mile service price) lead me to try a different auto shop recommended by a trusted associate. My tires were so worn I needed to replace them right away. The weather had been wet and the car already wasn't stopping properly and had been slipping and scaring me. These were Kumho tires that should last up to 70 thousand miles, worn smooth before 30 thousand. The New Service Shop told me there was no way I could have caused that much damage in such a short period of time. They even gave me my new tires at cost. I heard the entire conversation with the tire sales people. Not to mention I was still back in my car in an hours time even with all the hoopla and waiting for the tires to arrive. Was Davis friendly and helpful when I bought the car? Yes, very much so. Did I walk away feeling like I got a great deal at the time? Definitely! Do I feel like I got a great deal now? NO! Do not be fooled! Do not be taken! Do your research, know your car. Or they will scam you. And please, if you've also been scammed and you know it contact corporate Hyundai and tell them. Nobody should be allowed to treat other human beings this way. They could have killed me by assuring me nothing was wrong. Or even worse, those worn tires could have crippled me for life putting my loved ones in financial and emotional strain. I assure you, I will never by a Hyundai again. Especially not from Davis Hyundai. Nor will I by anything from any Davis owned dealerships! More

I just bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. Miquel was my salesman and he was terrific. The price I was quoted was honored. There was not a lot of high pressure sales. They went out of their way to locate salesman and he was terrific. The price I was quoted was honored. There was not a lot of high pressure sales. I called into the dealership and spoke with Erica Kelvy who works in the internet sales department. She was extremely helpful and provided me with a wealth of knowledge about several new vehicles that I wa who works in the internet sales department. She was extremely helpful and provided me with a wealth of knowledge about several new vehicles that I was interested in. She reassured me that these vehicles were on the lot, and that I would be able to come in the same day to test drive them. She set me up to meet directly with a saleperson, Manny DeSousa, and assured me that he was excellent. He greeted me upon arrival, and was not pushy at all! He helped me explore my options of leasing and financing. I test drove three vehicles with him, and he was patient throughout the entire process. Manny was able to answer all of my questions. I was truly treated like family by these individuals, and I got a great deal on the 2012 Sonata Limited Edition Turbo (in the color I wanted, to boot)! I then met with the sales manager, Issac, to seal the deal. He was also very pleasant to work with, and made sure I was given a great deal. In order to finalize that paperwork, so I could drive home with my new car, Manny, Issac, and Dennis stayed late (on a Saturday night!) They did not rush me at all, which speaks volumes for how high they regard their customers. I am enjoying my new car and the process went extremely smooth. If you are in the market and want to work with people that will go above and beyond for their customers, please call Erica and/or Manny and you will not be disappointed! More
