I saw the car I wanted at a great price online at Davis Hyundai is Ewing NJ, and set up an appointment for a test drive. 2 days later I was sitting in the car with my sales associate, Andy Larosa. The whole experience was quick, friendly, helpful and painless. Not only did I buy the car the same day, Andy Larosa was a pleasure to work with. While the process was going on, we chatted about everything under the sun about life, the universe and everything! There was no pressure and was a great experience. He even went to make sure the cleanup of the car went smooth and quickly and may have coerced them to get it done in a more than acceptable time frame. :-) My next car will definitely be thru Davis Hyundai and Andy Larosa. This dealership is a bait and switch shop. Do not consider buying here if your life depended on it. You can tell they lie as soon as you hit their doors. A few months ago I began my search for a new vehicle. Call me crazy but I was not looking forward to this task. Too many decisions: Buy or lease? New or used? Trade in my current vehicle or sell it mysel Call me crazy but I was not looking forward to this task. Too many decisions: Buy or lease? New or used? Trade in my current vehicle or sell it myself? I visited numerous dealerships and test drove seven different cars but nothing was a perfect fit until I walked onto the lot of Davis Hyundai. Everyone on site was friendly and accommodating without being pushy. My salesman, Curtis Baker, was very patient and went over all of my options. He knew the inventory at Davis and was able to direct me to vehicles that fit my requirements. I decided to go with a new Santa Fe and Curtis was able to explain all of the features and technology with ease. Frank Fasola, the manager, worked with me on pricing and got me a great rate for my trade in. I had received pre-approval for financing from my bank but Frank asked I would be willing to let him try for an even better rate. I was a bit hesitant because my credit is not perfect (it is not awful either) but I agreed to try. Frank was able to get me a significantly lower rate! The staff at Davis put me at ease and made the car buying process fun. I would highly recommend Davis Hyundai! More

When I walked in the door the experience started off decent. I first talked to Curtis Baker and he was very friendly and helpful. He seemed like he wanted to help, and we started exploring options. After sitting down with Curtis, Frank Fasola took the reigns. He was very pushy, didnt answer questions, talked over me and was rude. After talking with him about my damaged vehicle and options for getting a new one on trade, he told me the price to fix it is actually higher than before and I should get a new car. At this point it was like talking to a wall. Since the damage list was adjusted, I requested to see the vehicle and he told me it was already off the lift out back. So at this point I just wanted to get my car out of this place. So I went to service and paid my fee. I asked Adam Needleman where my car was because Id like to see it. He said sure its in here on the lift. He was helpful. So we rented a uhaul trailer and hurried back. Service was closed so we came back the next morning to pick it up. Service was helpful but sales was a nightmare. I would rather build my own car from scratch than buy a car from this dealer. Do not take a chance with this dealer. You will regret it, unless they get a new sales manager, and things change a bit. More
