Poor Customer Service, Half-xxx Diagnostic Testing I brought my car into this service center and had Johnny Chew as my advisor. He has very poor customer service and was very short with me. I did not a I brought my car into this service center and had Johnny Chew as my advisor. He has very poor customer service and was very short with me. I did not appreciate the way he talked to me, apparently answering customers questions and insuring all of the customers concerns are addressed in the diagnostic test are things he must hate about his job because he seem very annoyed with me that he had to do both. I left feeling very cheated out of the $134 for the diagnostic test and due to the experience I was receiving I did not want this service center to repair my car and decided I would take my business elsewhere to another Hyundai Dealer. I was very unsatisfied with this service center. I would not recommend it to anyone. More

Great Experience I went here after several visits to other dealers. Terrence met me right away and was enthusiastic and patient while I explained what vehicle I wanted I went here after several visits to other dealers.
