This is a beautiful facility. However Waiting close to two hours for a oil change and a car wash seems to be a little long in my opinion. The all around inspection may take a little longer, but it is not detailed as to what the inspection consist of. So I have no way of adding value to the service. I am not sure I will continue to have my car serviced at your new location. I can have a oil change done within 5 minutes of my residence. For a reasonable price. And I have other vehicles that service is performed on, like oil changes. And I don't wait two hours. Maybe you could offer a service guarantee that would state , oil change and basic filter changes. Completed within a certain time period like 45 minutes to 1 hour. If not completed within the time guarantee the customer only pays 1/2 of the original charges. I am sure you could come up with something that would compensate the customer for waiting in your waiting room for simple procedures like oil changes.After all if customers stop visiting your beautiful showroom.
