Chris went above the call of duty. I found out my extended warranty did not do what i was led to believe. I had to have a washer pump installed. Called spoke to Debbie she told me to come in the next morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elant morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. He came out bout 20 minutes later and told he tightened up a loose nut on the rear suspension. We took another ride and the noise was gone. He then brought the car to be washed. Debbie is a tremendous Service Manager. She followed up multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. She was efficient in getting the part in for me, scheduled me to have it installed and had it d multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired.
