Although I did not purchase my Hyundai at the St Augustine dealer, it is close to my work location. Debbie is always very friendly and helpful, great "can do" attitude! Love it! I also love the complimentary car wash; they do an excellent job, even take the time to get all of the dead bugs off of the front bumper! Very impressive. More

In about an hour our oil was changed, multi-point inspection done and the car was sparking clean which it needed after a road trip of over 2,000 miles. Waiting area confortable. I was greeted pleasantly by name on arrival and told what to expect and how long my wait would be. My wait was shorter than expected and my car was returned with the service completed, clean inside and ou to expect and how long my wait would be. Chris went above the call of duty. I found out my extended warranty did not do what i was led to believe. I had to have a washer pump installed. He only charged me for the pump and i greatly apprec extended warranty did not do what i was led to believe. I had to have a washer pump installed. I left with a good feeling toward your dealership. I can assure you that i will be letting everyone the good experience that i had. Called spoke to Debbie she told me to come in the next morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elant morning.Debbie greeted me when I arrived. She sent a mechanic to go for a ride with me so he could hear the noise in the rear of my wife's 2010 Elantra Touring. He heard the noise and he took the car into the service bay. He came out bout 20 minutes later and told he tightened up a loose nut on the rear suspension. We took another ride and the noise was gone. He then brought the car to be washed. Debbie is a tremendous Service Manager. She followed up multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. She was efficient in getting the part in for me, scheduled me to have it installed and had it d multiple times with me to get a recall item repaired. She was efficient in getting the part in for me, scheduled me to have it installed and had it done in less than 30 minutes. PLUS, she checked all my fluid levels, filled my tires, and checked my brakes, for NO CHARGE! We purchased the Sonata here about 10 months ago and we are going to be shopping for a SUV shortly. We will be buying from these folks because they make buying a vehicle "a piece of cake" More
