I have never been so offended by any service provider I have ever dealt with in my life. I have asked to speak with Andrew Defeo the GM and was told he did not want to talk with me or my wife about our con have ever dealt with in my life. I have asked to speak with Andrew Defeo the GM and was told he did not want to talk with me or my wife about our concerns about the sevice problems. To this date I have yet to speak with him. I conclude that customer service is NOT a priority to this dealership and customer satisfaction means little to nothing to them. This is a direct reflection on Andrew Defeo and his inability to discuss with a customer any problems within his organization and to improve quality based on those results. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone in the future because any organization which does not constantly and consistently strive to improve their processes is doomed to constantly and consistently fall short of consumer expectations. More

Not only did they allow me to use their personal painter for a retouch, they actually gave me an Elantra to drive while my VeraCruz was being worked on. I had damage to a wheel and 2 tires from a road hazard due to construction on the interstate. Our extended warranty - Blue Steel Protection - which was supposed to cover such road hazards (this protectio due to construction on the interstate. Our extended warranty - Blue Steel Protection - which was supposed to cover such road hazards (this protection was not purchased at this dealership) called the damage "cosmetic" and refused to cover the repairs and replacement parts. The Hyundai service department deemed the damage to be unsafe, rather than cosmetic, and interceded with the Blue Steel warranty company. Cheryl Buck was very thorough in trying to convince them about the actual damage to the tires and the wheel, contacting them more than once. She was not successful, and we are very upset with the refusal of the company to provide the coverage we paid for - but Cheryl went way above the call of duty to help us. Our experience at Hyundai was rewarding, in that the work was well done, and employees give more than lip service to the policy of customer service - they actually go to bat for their customers. More
I recently moved to St. Augustine Fl., and experienced a problem with my AC. Calling a dealer wasn't my first choice due to issues in the past. However I called Hyundai of St. Augustine and was pleasantly s problem with my AC. Calling a dealer wasn't my first choice due to issues in the past. My car was fixed in a timley fashion, they provided transportation while it was worked on. I plan to return for other services. More

Great service-only slight negative was auto was not vacuumed out very well but since that is a courtesy and something I am was ready when promised.
