Abosolutely the best experience I could of ever have wished for in buying a new car! I was referred to Joe Lando by a friend of mine. However, My son had asked me to go to Tampa where he lives so that he could help me with my search for a new car. Our experience at the 2 Hyundai dealerships in Tampa were "just ok", but we were not comfortable at either place. I received a call from Joe asking me to please keep in touch with him before making any decision on a purchase in Tampa. My son called Joe and right away felt very comfortable with him and confident that Joe was the one salesman and the St. Augustine Dealership was where we needed to purchase my car. From that point on, everything fell in to place perfectly. From choosing the car, working the finances and then the happy moment of me driving from the lot in my new Santa Fe! Joe also made sure that I personally met Andrew Difeo, the General Manager and knew every aspect of my car before I left. It was also apparent that everyone that worked there knew the product and stood behind the name of Hyundai. I feel very confident knowing that I will be treated with respect and friendliness whenever I return for the maintenance on my vehicle. Started looking for a new car by doing some research online. Was open to a couple different models so I sent some e-mails out to various dealerships requesting more info. He answered all my e-mails and any questions I had with such professionalism. He never once came off as a salesman but rather a consultant. I had a specific mind set on what I wanted my new car to be, which was a black 2011 Sonata. Unfortunately, they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot but Joey went out there and snagged the one I wanted within a week. During the week I was waiting for my car to arrive Joey would give me status updates to keep me in the know. They even provided me with a loaner car to use while I was waiting for the new one to come in. I had a great overall experience with Hyundai of St. Augustine and I would recommend seeing my man Joey Cassata for a new ride because that dealership has its stuff together. More

St. Augustine Hyundai, Rossevelt salesman, spent time with me to explain the two cars I was most interested in. He didn't waste my time going between someone else and coming back with new numbers. He showed the cars to me and explained the accessories. He gave me the best price he could from the beginning - I know because I shopped around on the internet. Then, he backed off as I was making my final decision. The Financing Dept. went above and beyond to put me in the Sonata I selected. The Hyundai has surpassed my expectations. I have driven a Merccury Grad Marque for over 10 years. They are big eight cylinder luxury cars, so I wasn't sure how I would like the smaller Sonata (The Sonata is rated as a full size car). I put a lot of miles on a car and found the gas consumption of the Mercury was getting to my billfold. The first two tankfulls with the Sonata averaged 26.74 and 27.64 miles per gallon (in town and out-of-town driving). It handles very well. The ride is surprisingly comfortable, and has good power for a four cylinder engine. I'm a happy camper with my new Hyundai! Roosevelt was a big help. There was no pressure and everything my brother-in-law came up with as a challenge was met with a kind word and a smile. I plan on referring friends to Roosevelt and your dealership whenever I have an opportunity to do so. I was very impressed with the vehicle as well and I am sure Hyundai will continue to gain a larger maarket share as time goes on. Pricing for the product is incredible for what you get. Hats off to Roosevelt who was challenged by my quirky brother-in-law and met each one head on. Hope your dealership and employees dont let off the gas. We have had bad experiences in the past when purchasing a car. From the test drive to the negotiations to the paperwork Roosevelt was amazing to work with. He was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had and than some. He gave us a tour of the facility and also of the car itself. He made sure we fully understood what we were purchasing including the knitty gritty of the warranty.
