He allowed me to decide which best suited my needs. The New Vehicle Sales Manager (Wade) consulted with me and advised me of the dealership's strong desire to sell on July 30th & 31st. He understood my intent to shop the competition before making a decision. The dealership manager asked to speak to me and was very professional as he proposed a "best offer" to assist my decision-making. I agreed to his out-the-door price. At no time did I feel pressured or "set-up" to hurry my decision. This is a new dealership that is still moving-in to their facilities. Their Team Approach and product knowledge (competition) has enhanced their early success and should sustain the same into the future. The product warranty singles out Hyundai and now the model styling is matching the legendary quality.......the Genesis will be a smash hit. Marco Klovanish (Vehicle Consultant) was proud of the Company, the vehicle offerings, the warranties and the service department. My vehicle was detailed, prepped and delivered inside of two hours due to a total effort by all in the dealership late on a Wednesday afternoon. That output exceeded my expectations (and my prior experience with other dealerships over the years). My friends who drive VeraCruz and Sanata Fe models were right.....great product and good people! Augustine.(We visited them first) You won't find a dealership where the managers are so "on top of things". Kudos to the sales staff and the managers at Hyundai of ST. Augustine !!! The other sales staff were very friendly even tho they weren't part of our deal. Wow!! More
I actually purchases two vehicles yesterday. Tucson & Elantra. As a previous owner of two Hyundais my first words were "You don't have to sell me on Hyundai." My two previous Hyundais had a combined 26 Elantra. As a previous owner of two Hyundais my first words were "You don't have to sell me on Hyundai." My two previous Hyundais had a combined 265,000 miles. I was looking for a deal. I had visited the lot the day before and picked the cars I wanted. I stated my ideal goal was to put money down and trade one vehicle and purchase two cars. I had my payments in mind and a good idea of an interest rate I could get. I stated after the salesman showed me the "deal" I didn't want to go to the "finance man" and be haggling over $10 or $15 dollars. The payments were within pennies and the interest rates were much better than anticipated. Ryne and Wade provided an execelnt no pressure no hassle experience. Thanks for coming to St. Augustine. If we were asked to rate the Hyundai car dealership of St.Augustine from 1 to 10, we would rate them 10 plus..Especially for our salesman Joe Lando and the sales manager Jimmy Feliciano, and the Owner Andrew Difeo. Despite the difficult circumstances of this sale the team here did a great job giving me my "mid-life crisis" dream car. Marco was very attentive to listening to what my requirements were and even be sure th here did a great job giving me my "mid-life crisis" dream car. Marco was very attentive to listening to what my requirements were and even be sure that I had a carfax report BEFORE I requested it. He is very friendly and good natured. My experience with Jason in the finance department was very positive as well. He was very helpful in explaining the paperwork in detail and giving reasons why everything was being done. Andrew stepped in when all thought the deal was doomed and saved the day and is now "my hero". Wishing all the pasta in the world, my friend. I was visiting St. Augustine a few weeks ago and decided to check out the Hyundai dealership. I have owned a Chevy Trailblazer for 3 years, and although I loved my SUV, the gas prices were getting to the po to check out the Hyundai dealership. I have owned a Chevy Trailblazer for 3 years, and although I loved my SUV, the gas prices were getting to the point of breaking my bank account. I thought that I would want a smaller SUV, but once I saw and test drove the Sonata, I was in love.It is stylish, drives beautifully, has great safety features and most of all the gas mileage is incredible! The staff at the dealership could not have been more helpful, friendly and professional. Joe Lando was very patient with me while I decided what style, color and extras I wanted in the car. They did not have one on the lot that my wallet and my heart wanted,so he said that would check other dealerships. About a week later he called my from Daytona Beach and said he was driving my car back to st. Augustine! I could'nt get down there fast enough! I was so impressed that Mr. Lando took the time to pick the car up himself!!! Thats what I call service! It has been my experience in the past that picking out the vehicle I want to purchase is a piece of cake compared to going through the finance part and the paperwork. I had faxed them my personal information before they found my car so they already had the financing in place when I picked the car up.The Finance Manager also made the paperwork easier by going over everything in easy to understand terms. I have already referred my friend Cindy( who purchased a car from them) and anyone else who is interested in buying a new car. More
Hyundai of St. Augustine had just opened, just started selling cars a few days before I purchased my 2008 Accent. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my buying experience. I got exactly what I wanted at the price and with the terms I wanted, no hassle or bickering or negotiating at all. I told my sales person what I wanted and would accept, and I got it right away. My sales person was Mr. Martinez, who I would without hesitation recommend to anyone. Professional, straight-forward, up-front, honest and totally non-pressuring. He is one reason I came back to complete my purchase. I knew what to expect from him when I did, and I was not disappointed. What I particularly appreciated was his willingness to give up an hour of his time to help me return a rental car so that I could drive off in my new Accent. Great experience, completely a-typical of experiences I have had at other dealers and with other sales people over the years. Good job. More
