I went to several dealerships over several days. This one was by far, the friendliest and least "pushy" of them all. Joe Lando, our vehicle consultant, was very amiable and accommodating. We arrived at a price through Internet emails, so I had an agreed upon price upon entering the dealership. Joe took the vehicle we had negotiated for out of their car inventory and let my wife and I give it a thorough test drive alone. All the other dealerships had us take test drives with the salesman on predetermined routes that ended up circling back to the dealership in a few minutes. This being my second Hyundai, I already recommend them to my friend s and neighbors. Now I will also recommend Hyundai of St. Augustine as the preferred dealership to buy their car. Even though, of the three local area Hyundai dealerships, it is the furthest away from our home, I believe the step up in customer service is well worth the longer drive. More

Went to the dealership to test drive and left with a new car. However, changed my mind and the dealership graciously accepted the return of the car. Every person with whom we interacted was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I got the distinct impression that the warm treatment we received was genuine, not just to get us to buy a car. In fact, Mr. Feliciano stated that their goal was to make me happy! Mr. Eddie Hackney was a pure delight to work with. What a nice man! This dealership and the lovely people working there are the exception to the dreadful experiences we have had when purchasing and having cars serviced at other dealerships. I stopped by more for information than anything - I had not intended to purchase a new vehicle that day. But after speaking with Frank, the dealership made me an excellent offer in trade-in for my old vehi not intended to purchase a new vehicle that day. But after speaking with Frank, the dealership made me an excellent offer in trade-in for my old vehicle (above the value listed in Kelley Blue Book) and there were some good rebates that made the price of a new vehicle excellent. I had entered with a set number in mind for what I would pay for a vehicle, and I wasn't going to budge off of it. I did not tell Frank what I had in mind, but when he brought back the figures and payment info., they were below my best-case numbers. So needless to say, I went home with a new 2010 Elantra, and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking. More

This dealership went above and beyond to help us. They made it so easy and pleasant. This was the first time that we were not at a dealership all day getting a new car. We were in and out in 3 hours.
