Went to the dealership to test drive and left with a new car. However, changed my mind and the dealership graciously accepted the return of the car. I consider myself very fortunate to have been able to make this new purchase. The entire car-buying experience was a pleasure. Every person with whom we interacted was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Also, I got the distinct impression that the warm treatment we received was genuine, not just to get us to buy a car. In fact, Mr. Feliciano stated that their goal was to make me happy! Mr. Eddie Hackney was a pure delight to work with. What a nice man! This dealership and the lovely people working there are the exception to the dreadful experiences we have had when purchasing and having cars serviced at other dealerships. I stopped by more for information than anything - I had not intended to purchase a new vehicle that day. But after speaking with Frank, the dealership made me an excellent offer in trade-in for my old vehi not intended to purchase a new vehicle that day. But after speaking with Frank, the dealership made me an excellent offer in trade-in for my old vehicle (above the value listed in Kelley Blue Book) and there were some good rebates that made the price of a new vehicle excellent. I had entered with a set number in mind for what I would pay for a vehicle, and I wasn't going to budge off of it. I did not tell Frank what I had in mind, but when he brought back the figures and payment info., they were below my best-case numbers. So needless to say, I went home with a new 2010 Elantra, and couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking. More
