There was no hard sell tactics, no "game playing", no hard upsale manipulation; everything I hate about buying a car was absent here. If you are considering a car purchase, do yourself a favor and visit this dealership you will not be sorry. We were able to get the car we wanted at the price we expected and to our surprise they were able to secure a finance deal better than we had dreamed of. I don't give out excellent ratings lightly, but believe me I would drive across the state to buy a car here in St. Augustine. More

Joey Cassata is amazing. I had a 2012 Genesis Coupe that I leased from him not even a year ago-loved the car, however, was finding it too small for a family of 3. I needed a bigger car. I was going to wait another year-but I decided to contact your dealership/Joey to see if there was anything I could do. I used the online chat--afterwards, I was contacted right away-within minutes. To my delight, Joey offered me the choice of two deals. I could not believe the terms-no out of pocket expenses and a very low increase in my monthly payment. He had these offers presented to me within an hour of speaking to him-and I am in Jupiter, FL. Joey is wonderful. He had the car delivered to my home-the paperwork was signed and the transaction completed in 20 minutes. My first payment was even paid! I never expected such a great experience with a car dealership and with each transaction with your dealership and Joey-it just gets better and better. (I am utterly speechless and have never had this level of service before.) You have my business and I am telling anyone and everyone about my experience that will listen. We were looking for a new vehicle to replace my 11 year old Hyundai Elantra which had given me many years of good service but which was being outgrown by the addition of my new (to be) family. The Santa Fe we chose fits our family well, has many features we had only dreamed of, and was priced quite well. Randy was very low key, and not pushy at all, letting the vehicle speak for itself. We were sold. Eddie and Randy worked diligently together to get our financing approved. My credit is not the greatest thanks to an ex, but thankfully, Eva's pulled us out of the "no go" file.
