Didn’t disclose costs of services, had an appt but still waited in dealership for 8 hours just for them to tell me I had to come back in 2 days, and then charged me for the wrong tires and would’ve been $25 waited in dealership for 8 hours just for them to tell me I had to come back in 2 days, and then charged me for the wrong tires and would’ve been $250+ more had I not caught it. Traditionally I've hated buying a car from a dealer, this was clearly the exception. Leon was willing to hear what we wanted, showed us what he had and did not try to offer us anything else. For the tech lev was clearly the exception. Leon was willing to hear what we wanted, showed us what he had and did not try to offer us anything else. For the tech level of the car, he went way beyond showing us details we wanted most. Even programing the car with our garage door opener. The financing was simple and straight forward as well. More
