He worked at satisfaction—he insisted on cleaning our window after hours while his family was having dinner. My experience has been that the business agent, closing guy, is where the pressure normally comes on big-time, not so with Ray. I also liked their third-party software that makes buying a vehicle in FL easy for out-of-state purchasers at no extra cost. I can claim my sales tax on my MI tax return. Yepper, we will be back! You can’t get in to even get an oil change without an appointment weeks in advance. Also, you can’t get peoples records right. I am not the customer James that you keep sending emails about.
