Wonderful experience, start to finish After 4 months of car shopping online, and visiting several dealerships in South Fla, we found this dealer. We live about 3.5 hours from this dealership, so we called in advance about a used car we found online. Shawn Hays helped us greatly. He personally drove and checked the car that we desired to ensure it was in great condition, he gave us a "walk away" price that was reasonable, not full of unexplained fees and additional unexpected charges. Other dealerships treated us as though we were brainless fools, that could be tricked & duped into paying thousands of dollars more than the prices advertised on cars. We walked away from several dealerships shaking our heads at the terrible experiences. But from the moment we arrived at Hyundai St Augustine, till we left, our experience was wonderful. We were treated like respected customers. Shawn Hays was a superb help in our quest to buy a car. I bought a 2013 Hyundai Azera Limited, and I love it ! No pressure to buy the extended warranty from these guys, but I decided to do so. Simply for peace of mind. But I appreciated that I was Not pressured. It allowed me to think clearly, and make a good decision based on my own needs. That's how our whole experience was. I would absolutely return to this dealership for future car purchases. Dont waste your time in the service department The sales team was great but the service department (with the service writer with whom I delt who's name I dont even know because he didn't properly The sales team was great but the service department (with the service writer with whom I delt who's name I dont even know because he didn't properly introduce himself) was completely lack luster and a joke. The service writer didnt even get a service Tech to review my problems on my bran new car, and wrote it off as could not verify concerns. While one of my concerns was truly not present at the time, I myself pointed out the the second issue AFTER the service writer refused to listen that the issue was only present in direct sunlight. I myself turned the vehicle in to the sunlight and showed him the defect in my windshield and he still refused to acknowledged there was an issue even after i clearly pointed it out or that he would get with the service manager, just that he could write down that he might see something on the windshield and the service manager would have to see it but he showed no true concern about getting my issued resolved or that there was truly and issue after i pointed it out. I took my car to hyundai of Orange park and within minutes a service writer got an actual technician over, he then verified my issue, acknowledged it, and then said he would actually talk to the service manager so we could set something up to get my issue resolved because it was clearly present. The service center at hyundai of st Augustine expressed no such integrity in helping me Resolve my issues with my brand new vehicle that only has 2.7k miles on it. Do not waste your time on going to this service center to get Put Off, or told "my manager will have to see this" without truly having your issue acknowledged or taking the steps necessary to set something like that up More

Hate that I got a car from this place Was mistreated! By Leon he was beyond rude. Especially after he made the sell! My seats look horrible! Because they didn't detail it good enough! I have travel THREE times back to Jacksonville to st.augustine and the problems STILL hasn't been fixed! Me and the manger got into a heated argument behind the car he cruse me out and I cruse him back out! (Bo Lusher) I put 3,000 dollars down to only end up with a crappy car!
