GOOD, BUT COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AS A PREVIOUS HYUNDAI VEHICLE OWNER (4 NEW HYUNDAI'S OVER THE LAST 17 YEARS) AS WELL AS BUYING AND LEASING AT LEAST 30 PREVIOUS VEHICLES IN THE PAST., AS A PREVIOUS HYUNDAI VEHICLE OWNER (4 NEW HYUNDAI'S OVER THE LAST 17 YEARS) AS WELL AS BUYING AND LEASING AT LEAST 30 PREVIOUS VEHICLES IN THE PAST., I THINK I UNDERSTAND THE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE REASONABLY WELL. MY PAST 4 PURCHASES WERE WITH DAYTONA HYUNDAI. I DECIDED TO GIVE YOUR DEALERSHIP A TRY BASED ON INPUTS FROM MY CLOSE FRIEND, LEE FIGLIOULO. MY WIFE AND I WERE PLEASED WITH THE SALES EXPERIENCE WITH AVA HAMILTON. WE DECIDED TO "SIT" ON THE PROPOSED DEAL ON OUR NEW TUCSON OVERNIGHT. AS ARRANGED, WE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AT NOON TO CLOSE THE DEAL. ONE REASON FOR THE DELAY WAS TO ACTUALLY LOOK AND RIDE IN THE TUCSON (IT WASN'T AT THE LOT ON THE FIRST DAY). AFTER LOOKING AND DRIVING THE TUCSON AGREEING ON THE DEAL WITH THE SALES PERSON, WE EXPERIENCED A SIGNIFICANT DELAY SUPPOSEDLY DUE TO AN INTERNET PROBLEM PRINTING OUT THE LEASE ARRANGEMENT. AFTER WAITING WITH AVA FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS, WE WERE FINALLY TAKEN TO THE FINANCE MANAGER'S OFFICE. HE SEEMED TO BE UNAWARE OF THE DELAY IN GETTING THE PAPERWORK FINALIZED AND NON-SYMPATHETIC TO THE DELAY. HE THEN TOLD US ABOUT THE $400 CHARGE AT THE END OF THE LEASE OF WHICH WE HAD NOT BEEN MADE AWARE. THAT ISSUE ALMOST "BLEW" THE DEAL. WE FINALLY CAME TO AN ARRANGEMENT BY "SPLITTING" THE $400 CHARGE WITH A $5 PER MONTH REDUCTION IN THE 48 MONTH LEASE PRICE.WE STILL FELT THAT THE TOTAL DEAL WAS GOOD (SOMEWHAT BETTER THAN A SIMILAR DEAL ON A TUSCAN FROM DAYTONA HYUNDAI), BUT THE DIALOGUE WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS FRUSTRATING TO BOTH ME AND MY WIFE. WE DO NOT BELIEVE ANY OF THE ABOVE ISSUES WERE CAUSED BY AVA. STILL NOT SURE WHAT CAUSED THE DELAY. More

the best day ever! thanks to this hyundai dealership we drove to the dealership and met Demetrius, after telling him what we wanted and monthly payment we could make he had a few good suggestions. Everyone was very pleasant and things moved very quickly. We picked out our car and Demetrius and the office staff worked everything out.
