The sales manager (Jimmy) and the store owner (Andrew) both introduced themselves to me and popped their head in a couple times during the experience to make sure things were going smoothly. The finance guy was very expeditious because he knew I wanted to get home to see my son before he went to sleep for the night. All and all, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Best car purchase I had over the phone. I purchased a used car from Leon while I was 1,000 miles away. What struck me the most, was his honesty and making sure I knew everything about this c I purchased a used car from Leon while I was 1,000 miles away. What struck me the most, was his honesty and making sure I knew everything about this car. He sent pictures of some paint discoloring that could not be seen on the website photos. He also disclosed an accident that was reported on the Carfax report. Communication is his biggest asset. Always kept me informed of the progress on the paperwork and shipping of the vehicle to my home in Connecticut. Not easy buying a car without seeing it personally. He made it easy and worthy. My only regret is not being able to be there to shake his hand. More
